We are aware that there is currently an issue with the accuracy of our training compliance records and performance reports in the Trust. This situation has arisen as the feed from the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system into our data warehouse from our third party supplier IBM is not functioning in the way that it would usually. The issue has been raised with IBM who are continuing to work to find a resolution to the issue. We will ensure that regular updates are provided to all colleagues via trust wide news until a resolution is found.
