Katye has a positive impact on both patients, colleagues and Senior Leadership Team on call. She is an amazing role model to her staff encouraging and supporting them through challenging times when staff morale and staffing levels are low. Kayte is always going above and beyond to support staff and patients ensuring patient safety is at the forefront seconded by patient experience. I have recently returned from long term sickness and Kayte has been covering my role and has been so supportive on my return. She is an inspiration.

CMRH has consistently demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism, empathy and expertise in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of those who tirelessly serve our communities. Their tireless efforts have made an immeasurable difference in the lives of countless individuals and teams who have faced various challenges and traumatic experiences.
One of the remarkable qualities of CMRH is their ability to provide compassionate assessments. The team exhibit a deep understanding of the unique needs and experiences of those in the NHS, social care, and emergency services, allowing them to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to express themselves and receive the help they require.
Moreover, the therapy and systemic interventions offered by CMRH have been transformative.
