In readiness for the CQC inspection in November will all team leaders/managers check local notice boards to make sure they contain all of the required CQC posters? Follow the link to the CQC section on YourSpace to check the list of posters if you’re unsure (posters are listed on the right). The Freedom to Speak Up poster must be clearly displayed. If you don’t have the latest posters, please ask for a set from Communications
Please also take the opportunity to remove all outdated information from notice boards and other areas within your service.
