Many of our wards and services are holding events to mark the Coronation this weekend. Today in Whalley there’s a red, white and blue themed party on Maplewood. The new King recently wrote to thank a service user there for sending kind words after the death of the Queen. Some staff may recall the visit of the then Prince Charles to Whalley site in 1981, invited by service users. Back then Charles spoke of the “obvious dedication” he saw.
