From January 2023, Fraud Awareness eLearning will change from once only to every three years as agreed by the Operational Workforce Group. Colleagues that completed their training more than three years ago will need to recomplete
From 16 January, individuals that have not completed their training will receive an email from the Learning and Development team to advise them their compliance has expired, and they will be required to complete the module as soon as possible. Colleagues still in date with the training are also encouraged to login to their ESR account to check how this change impacts on their future compliance.
Team leaders/managers can refer to their usual team level training reports to identify who within their teams are required to complete this module. Fraud Awareness compliance will be shown under the New Training reporting category until January 2024 to allow a 12-month lead in time before it becomes a formal KPI.
