As a result of feedback from operational managers and Staff Side colleagues, discussions have taken place with our payroll provider regarding the deadlines for approving bank shifts for weekly pay.
An agreement has been reached that the managers deadline for approving bank shifts in roster will now be Monday morning by 10.30am rather than 9.30am. This will take effective from Monday 6 March 2023.
It is important to remember that colleagues are working bank shifts to support the Trust and should be paid in a timely manner, as per our agreed processes.
Please can all managers complete their roster weekly bank approvals by this deadline. This will ensure all bank workers are paid on time.
