The Centre for Perfect Care (CfPC) amongst other things is the hub of quality improvement in Mersey Care. Starting next week there will be a series of interactive digital quality improvement training sessions held on Microsoft Teams. This training is open for all staff to join.

The sessions will introduce you to quality improvement and give you the knowledge, skills and resources to bring quality improvement to your team. If you have always wanted to do a quality improvement project to improve services, improve patient safety and strive for the highest quality of care for our service users then book on.

Our aim is to have a minimum of one member of each team across the whole organisation trained by March 2022. This will help spread quality improvement across all teams and support with teams achieving accreditation and the Trust's journey to outstanding. Once you have completed the CfPC quality improvement training, you will have access to the CfPC quality improvement coaches and resources who will support you with your project.

Below are the dates available and there are 20 places available per session:

July: 12,19, 29

August: 2, 19, 23

September: 16, 20,  27

October: 7,11, 18

November: 4, 8, 15, 25

December: 6, 13
