If you are waiting to hear back from the Trust’s Finance Department about this matter we apologise for continued delays in responding to your enquiries, and we understand your frustration.

We are dealing with an unprecedented number of requests, and it is taking us much longer than anticipated to process them.

So that we can effectively monitor and keep track of all requests, please can you direct any queries relating to this matter to the Car Lease inbox: CarLease.SchemeMCT@merseycare.nhs.uk and ensure that, if you have not already done so, you have provided us with the following information:

  1. Your full name (and any previous names by which you may have been known),
  2. The full vehicle registration number(s),
  3. The car lease scheme used (Fleet Solutions or Tusker).
