There is a new workshop available which provides an overview of the roles and responsibilities of operational (bronze) and tactical (silver) on call managers at Mersey Care NHS Trust. It includes details of the on call command and control arrangements at the trust.
You will:
- Understand the bronze and silver on call arrangements
- Understand your level of responsibility, accountability and authority
- Be aware of the NHS incident response levels
- Understand incident command, control and coordination
- Understand who to notify when incidents occur
- Understand where to access emergency planning documents.
