If you haven’t received your meters, contact BGM.EQA@merseycare.nhs.uk to arrange delivery. The External Quality Assurance delivered by Qpoint is now live and a new sample will be delivered over the next few days, contact BGM.EQA@merseycare.nhs.uk for any issues. 

EQA results can be uploaded after creating an account, a sample letter is also attached for guidance. Your username came be found in the top right hand of the letter. If staff move bases, this can be updated on the Qpoint portal under 'edit details'.
