Bank weekly pay deadlines

Due to extremely short deadlines over the Christmas period, deadlines have no flexibility in them.

The trust have agreed to continue paying our bank colleagues weekly over the period but given how some of the bank holidays fall there is very limited time. 

For information on how the process will be managed, see below.

For bank colleagues their pay will be:

• Paid on 23 December for shifts worked between 12 December to 18 December. Deadline is as normal on Monday 19 December at 9.30am at the very latest for lockdown
• Paid on 30 December for shifts worked between 19 December to 25 December. Deadline is as normal on Monday 26 December at 9.30am at the very latest for lockdown.

Please note any colleagues with a new bank assignment being set up running up to this period will not be processed for payment during this pay period.

Due to the following week being a bank holiday week, these will be processed for payment on Friday 13 January 2023.

Paid on 6 January for shifts worked between 26 December to 1 January. Deadline is as normal on Monday 2 January at 9.30am at the very latest for lockdown.

Please note any colleagues with a new bank assignment being set up running up to this period will not be processed for payment during this pay period.

These will be processed the following week for payment on Friday 13 January 2023.
