The Organisational Effectiveness Team are excited to restart their introductory programme for managers, Arrive. The purpose of Arrive is to equip new managers with the essential knowledge to succeed as a manager in Mersey Care. The programme is aimed at all new managers at any level, whether they are new to Mersey Care or new to the role of management.
