As these clinical divisions no longer report to the absence line, we need to ensure that COVID-19 related absences are still reported so that we’re able to offer the right support. Can all managers please report absences that only relate to COVID-19 to: OccupationalHealth
The email needs to be titled COVID-19 and include:
- Name:
- DoB:
- Assignment number (if known):
- Contact number:
- Reason for absence (must be COVID-19 related):
- Isolation/symptom start date:
- Predicted end date:
