As these clinical divisions no longer report to the absence line, we need to ensure that COVID-19 related absences are still reported so that we’re able to offer the right support. Can all managers please report absences that only relate to COVID-19 to: OccupationalHealth@merseycare.nhs.uk

The email needs to be titled COVID-19 and include:

  • Name:
  • DoB:
  • Assignment number (if known):
  • Contact number:
  • Reason for absence (must be COVID-19 related):
  • Isolation/symptom start date:
  • Predicted end date:

Any staff member requesting a PCR swab should email: HomeSwabbing.Team@merseycare.nhs.uk

Any staff member requesting information regarding COVID-19 vaccination should email: Vaccinations@merseycare.nhs.uk
