On 1 February, the 0-25 services in Knowsley will transfer to Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. We want to thank and wish our colleagues in these services all the best for the future in their new organisation and look forward to continuing to work closely with them supporting families, children and young people in Knowsley. This includes:
- Breastfeeding Support Team
- Family Nurse Partnership
- Health Visiting Services
- School Nursing Services.
