The Team Canvas is a model to help align a team to focus on their performance and work successfully and collaboratively towards their goals and deliverables. It is a Team level summary document made up of four quadrants that reflect on the ‘what’ of the team – it’s purpose, objectives and deliverables, the ‘how’ of the team – it’s operating principles and team charter, the ‘who’ of the team - who is in the team and their roles and who else does the team need to work with.

The Team Canvas now forms part of the well-led assessment criteria in your Quality Review Visit (QRV). Templates and guidance can be found in the High Performing Teams tab in the Your Leadership section of the Managers Hub and for Mid Mersey staff the same documents can be found on YourSpace.
