You have your chance to have your say on what the future of leadership looks like, and how decisions will be made at every level of the new Cheshire & Merseyside ICS. It’s important because it will impact your daily work and how we work together.
A group of leaders representing various health and care disciplines from across C&M have worked together to create four draft leadership framework prototypes. Please take a look at these frameworks. and answer a few questions. You can also give your thoughts about the future of ICS leadership in general. We will use your thoughts to create a single framework that will be submitted to NHS England next month. It’s an important requirement of the establishment of the ICS.
