The final phase of moves into V7 will be on 31 August and 1 September.

This is steered by some alteration work that is required on the first floor left hand side in order to accommodate additional teams in the future.

See the attached document and V7 induction slides for some important move instructions, which outline the date for your team’s move and will inform you when the packing crates/labels will be delivered and what you are required to pack and label.

If you have not yet seen the plans for your future work area, then please do ask your manager to share these with you.

It is really important that you read and follow these move instructions to ensure minimal disruption to your work area during these moves.

From the middle of July 2023 through to early September 2023, there are building contractors working in V7, who may need to come into your work area to undertake minor work and checks. We would advise you that, for those of you who can work from home, you do so during this period.

If you have any questions relating to this move, please contact your line manager in the first instance, who will then forward your enquiry to the Estates Planning Team.

Project group

Led by our Estates Planning team, we have now started a project group and a staff user group to support and progress the relocation from Puma Court, next door to V7 by September 2023.

The move dates are as follows.

  • Interior V7 moves - Phases 1/2 to take place 13 and 14 July 2023
  • Construction phase at V7 – 17 July to 30 August 2023
  • Puma court to V7 teams move – 31 August and 1 September 2023

Thank you to those who have shared their valuable feedback about experiences about being based at Puma Court. The overall feedback highlights the building is no longer fit for our purposes and the Trust will not renew the lease which expires later this year.

Your relocation will make sure the V7 building becomes a truly operational site for and co locates as many staff as possible around a common purpose.

We held our first staff representative meeting on 31 March, this is now a monthly meeting with a representative from every team affected by the move. Your representative will be able to share with you plans, timescales and more information as it becomes available.

The representatives for the services are as follows:
