The PACE Lite system closed at the end of March. The closure will enable the SharePoint team to complete the migration onto SharePoint 365 and prepare for the launch of the new system. This year’s window will run from 1 May to 31 December 2022. Whilst the system is closed the BiT reporting system for PACE will also be unavailable.
PACE 365 is our on-line appraisal framework and in line with our policy HR 45 (PACE appraisal) all colleagues are required to have an annual appraisal. Colleagues who have used PACE before will notice it’s improved functionality and performance whist recognising the main features, they are familiar with.
This year we will be supporting our colleagues in Mid Mersey Division who will be using it for the first time. There will be a variety of guides and training available about how to use the system.
