The Trust has conducted a procurement process in accordance with the Health Trust Europe’s Information Communication Technology ICT Solutions Framework to award a single provider contract for a Trust-wide incident management system given there are currently different systems/contracts in place across the organisation and the main provider (Datix) contract ceases in November 2022.

Our procurement project team developed a comprehensive specification that included all modules/elements required by all services/divisions across the Trust and approved a robust procurement exercise to award to one supplier (capable to provide all service requirements).

We are pleased to confirm the new system will be provided by Insights/Radar

The contract will be for a three-year term, extendable up to a maximum of 5 years on an annual basis. Our existing contract for the main system is due to expire on 30 November 2022.  The procurement project team are now working with Insights/Radar to develop the mobilisation plan for system implementation.
