As part of the migration onto the Mersey Care email system, it was planned for all existing meeting appointments created in email accounts before 1 June to be transferred across to your new accounts. Unfortunately, it has not been possible to move all appointments, which means some users are having problems accessing some Teams meetings arranged before 1 June.

If this is affecting you, to prevent any issues accessing future Teams meetings, it is recommended that meetings created using your old email account before 1 June are deleted and replaced with a new invite and Teams link from your account.

Before you do this, please make sure you have logged out of Teams and logged back in using your email address. Instructions are available to help with this.
