Mega Conversations are our way of bringing people from all roles, teams and workplaces across the Trust together to listen to and understand views about work, challenges and future aspirations.

We’re a week in to this year’s Mega Conversations, which are running on Zoom until 17 July, and we want to hear from you!

Alternative ways to provide your feedback

Managers are being encouraged to support those who want to attend to do so during working hours. However, we fully appreciate people are busy and may not be able to attend a session.

We also know some of you may prefer not to share feedback in a group setting.

We’d still love to hear your feedback!

Alternatively, you could choose to use the questions being asked at the sessions as a prompt for a team discussion and ask one person to submit your team feedback collectively using the online survey.
