Managers have you set the date for your teams?

The last 18 months have been very challenging both personally and professionally for us all. It is really important to have time to acknowledge this and give your team members positive detailed feedback, so they feel valued for all they have done.

Completing the appraisal means your team members get the chance to contribute to the way our services work. Plus, they can have meaningful discussions about their career and development planning. So you can succession plan for the future.  Well supported and motivated colleagues are good for our patients too.
