Have you been affected by suicide?

The Safe from Suicide Team has worked with the Life Rooms and Amparo to be able to offer alternative support to any colleagues across the organisation who have been affected or impacted by suicide.  This is to complement internal offers of support and provides an opportunity for colleagues to have further conversations with an independent service that has been established to support people following a suicide.  Amparo offers confidential, practical and emotional support to anyone affected by suicide.

Amparo will be holding a drop-in at the Life Rooms, Bootle, St Winefride's Campus, Merton Road, Bootle, L20 7AP on Wednesday 23 February 10am to 12pm, anyone is welcome to attend and can just turn up without a pre-arranged appointment.  If you would prefer a one-to-one appointment you can book this for the same day, 23 February, between 1pm and 4pm by contacting Sammy Ashley Sammy.Ashley@listening-ear.co.uk.  If you want to talk to someone from Amparo but are not able to travel to Bootle, please contact Sammy who will arrange a virtual appointment.
