A problem with ESR is preventing some training data from registering on the BiT and IMP. We are working to update and resolve this issue over this weekend (9 and 10 October) and will provide an update as soon as possible. Please be assured this will not have a long term impact on your training records. In the meantime if all staff members could:
- Make sure they are clicking on the blue house button in the top right hand corner of the screen on completion of an e-learning package
- Contact workforcesystemadmin
@merseycare.nhs.uk if you have completed an e-learning package that doesn’t appear to have registered correctly before attempting any further courses.
Unfortunately at the moment we cannot guarantee that the performance data figures on the BiT and IMP is 100% accurate and that hopefully is issue can be resolved.
