The national nhs.net team is in the process of transferring all former North West Boroughs nhs.net mailboxes to the Mersey Care server. This means, instead of using the ‘nwbh.’ prefix, the nhs.net mailboxes will use the Mersey Care ‘mcn-tr.’ prefix going forward. This change will happen automatically so you don’t need to do anything.
Any emails sent to the old ‘nwbh.’ mailbox will still reach you but now is a good time to update any forms or other documentation you use within your service which include your nhs.net mailbox address.
