Don’t miss your opportunity to have your annual performance and development review (PDR). PDRs are a great way to have a valuable conversation about your progress over the last 12 months, reflect on your achievements and identify any support you may need to maximise your potential. If you haven’t had your PDR conversation yet, now is the time to book this in with your line manager/supervisor.
