Mersey Care NHS Foundation is committed to maintain its status an excellent organisation and a great place to work and learn. Personal and professional development for all staff is a key element in developing the Trust and its workforce to meet the future challenges of services to ensure they are of a high quality and put patients first.

To maintain training standards across the whole Trust, as part of the acquisition process, you will have noticed new e-learning modules have been added to your learning records on ESR.

Mersey Care has asked all staff who have been acquired from North West Boroughs NHS Foundation Trust, now mid Mersey division staff to make every effort to complete the new modules.

Each course that has been added is related to the employees role in the organisation, therefore each new course must be completed.
