From 6 December the roll out of the mandatory eRisk training will launch in the Mid Mersey division. It is mandatory for all staff involved in delivering patient care in our mental health services and includes training in Risk assessment, Risk formulation, Risk management and safety planning.
Zero Suicide is a BHAG for our organisation with the aim to implement the essential components of our Trust Suicide Prevention Strategy improving the quality of care delivered to patients as well as best practice for safety and service user experience, in order to help save lives. The training is delivered in four modules and takes approximately three hours to complete in total and more details will be available on the intranet.
