From 1 May 2022 the Healthy Knowsley team has transitioned over to sit within The Life Rooms family at Mersey Care. The service supports people living in Knowsley to adopt healthier lifestyles, access lifestyle information and opportunities. It enables people to self-access directories of opportunities, receive advice, information, motivational support and be signposted and/or referred to services, community groups and opportunities where applicable.
The service also promotes public health messages, helping to assure the quality of services and opportunities available in Knowsley and in addition strengthens and works towards the Trust’s objectives to grow The Life Rooms offer and its social model of health.
