A clear desk policy is now in place at Hollins Park House to facilitate future staff moves. All staff were asked to clear their team areas – dispose of unwanted items, take home personal items and scan or shred files which do not need to remain in paper form, by 18 March 2022. We are aware that this hasn’t happened in all areas due to staff absences, so this date has been extended to 1 April 2022. Anything remaining after that date will be disposed of.

Please also remove all personal items from desks at the end of each day to facilitate hot desking by other staff members.
