Staff consultation will launch 15 February 2024 when a meeting will be held at 4pm via Teams the invitation will be sent to all affected staff by email.

The purpose of the first meeting is to talk staff through the consultation process and timeline. Colleagues from the Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB) will also be in attendance and will give staff the opportunity to ask questions directly and clarify any relevant issues with them.

There will be an additional meeting on 16 February 2024 at 9am for any those unable to attend on 15 February.

In addition to these meetings, we will also be holding individual one to one sessions where staff will have the opportunity to ask any specific questions.
