On 6 September 2021, the Trust will move to a new, more user-friendly application form. The new application form helps applicants clearly set out how they meet the criteria of the person specification for the role they are applying for.

What will be different?

The supporting information section will be replaced with a new section linking the person specification criteria to the application form. The criteria will appear on the application form and applicants will be asked how they meet the criteria, example below:
