It is appraisal time in Mersey Care, a really important time out with your manager to discuss how the last 12 months have been, agree any career or personal development plans you have. Most importantly, setting objectives for the next 12 months, so you are clear about your work priorities and supporting patient care. If you haven’t had yours, ask your manager to book it in.
