Feedback
We've been delighted with the feedback we've recieved for this training and love hearing how it has made a difference.
Here are some of the things previous attendees have shared:
“It was one of my favourite training sessions I have ever had and really made me think about my practice and my approach to service users”
“I found the training enlightening and useful. The material/content was well thought out and presented. I now have a much better understanding of the condition and of the adjustments I would need to make in conducting therapy with someone with autism”
“I have worked in services for several years now and we work with many service users who have diagnosis of ASC. Although feeling that I had experience in this area – so much of the theory and background that was covered during this training was new to me! I have come away feeling much more mindful of considering a person’s needs in the context of their ASC"
“The contributions from the experts by experience really enriched the training. Excellent interactive and interesting course – even when done online!”
“I was very ignorant about autism thinking that there was only one issue. I have had my eyes well and truly opened and have thoroughly enjoyed the session”
“The session really sparked off some new ideas for me. It shone a new light on current/previous clients’ presentations/difficulties, and the fact that a colleague emailed me straight after the session with similar ideas suggests that there is definitely a need for us all to think more globally about some of our clients’ presentations & needs”
“Engaging and knowledgeable speakers who really know their stuff and are so passionate about autism!”
