As part of our ongoing work on flexible working, Mersey Care will be aligning to the NHSE flexible working framework by using Electronic Staff Record (ESR) as a tool to request and record all formal flexible working arrangements.

The key workforce Business Intelligence (BI) reports are transitioning to a new interactive "Our People" dashboard on YourInsights. This dashboard simplifies data access related to training, PACE, supervision, and absence. Drop-in sessions with the Performance and Information team are scheduled.
