The Triangle of Care audit will re-launch in August across Mental Health and Secure Care Divisions.
To support staff to effectively prepare for and complete the audit, we will be holding a series of online training sessions aimed at any staff who complete clinical audits for their wards/teams.
Sessions will run throughout August and can be booked in prospectus in section 8.
