The HMS Prince of Wales (Royal Navy Aircraft Carrier) will be visiting Liverpool for the second time, docking at the Liverpool Cruise Terminal.
Liverpool City Council has confirmed there will be road closures on Princes Parade between 8am to 5pm on Saturday, 7 December and Sunday, 8 December when the ship is open to ticketholders.
There will be no access to car parking across Princes Parade.
People are advised to allow additional time when travelling into the city centre, as roads are expected to be busy.
There will also be rolling road closures to accommodate the Freedom Parade on Friday, December 6 but the route for the parade has not been confirmed yet, due to security reasons.
