Huge congratulations to Nichola Thomasson and Lynsey Ford from our Preceptorship Team for winning the Digital Nursing Practice: Proven Concept Award for the development of the app!
The Preceptorship app is the first mobile device app in the country to bring all aspects of Preceptorship, as per the national framework, into one easy to access digital place, but also combine this with a pastoral supportive approach which encourages personal reflection, and providing similar reporting functions to P@RE for students and Preceptees, but in a bespoke way, which can be tailored to teams or even individual colleagues.
