On Friday 29 September, leading researchers and clinicians took part in a workshop to explore potential collaborations in mental health research and innovation to improve population health.
The in person, roundtable event in Liverpool brought together experts from around the country, to foster insightful discussion around projects, grant collaborations and partnerships.
Population health is a key research area for the Mental Health Research for Innovation Centre (M-RIC).
Professor Nusrat Hussain, M-RIC Co-director, introduced speakers and chaired the discussions. He said: “We are in a brilliant position in Liverpool to make a change in mental health services.”
