We have enhanced and improved our ‘Help Us Help You’ webpage to give Cheshire and Merseyside residents advice and tips to support their general wellbeing this winter.
The webpage is a one stop shop for tips and advice on how to look after physical and mental health, with the aim of keeping residents away from hospitals and inpatient units, which are traditionally high in demand during winter.
