Our Clinical Senate was held at Aintree Racecourse on the 17 October. It was opened by Trish Bennett and Noir Thomas who talked about the Trust Strategy, our focus on being a learning organisation and patient outcomes, patient safety, research and quality improvement.
Attendees heard about the excellent work taking place in our Children and Young People's Mental Health Crisis Response team, integrated working in the addictions service, the role of speech and language therapy in high secure and prison services, clinically led digital healthcare, continuous improvement in mental health urgent care and the Diabetes and Insulin Improvement Plan.
All of our presentations demonstrated positive patient outcomes and experience and were brilliant examples of how we deliver holistic and coordinated care through working in partnership.
