UPDATE – Scheduled maintenance has been cancelled
Please note that planned maintenance for this evening has now been cancelled. Radar will remain online for staff to use as normal. We’re awaiting an update from Radar as to when the maintenance will be rescheduled and will let you know.
Due to essential system maintenance, Radar will be unavailable on Thursday, 15 February 2024 from 9pm for up to four hours and is expected to be back online no later than 1am on Friday, 16 February 2024.
During this period of downtime colleagues will not be able to access Radar to report any incidents; please use the support page on YourSpace to access a manual incident recording form.
The manual incident form will capture the key points of the incident, which you will need to input onto the Radar system once this is back online.
