Your IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for any IT problems or digital support requests you have.

Accessing the correct support

IT Service Desk support is delivered to Mersey Care by NHS Informatics Merseyside.

If you are a former North West Boroughs colleague who has not yet moved to a Mersey Care device, please contact the Mid Mersey Digital Alliance for IT support. Once you have moved to a Mersey Care device, you should contact NHS Informatics Merseyside’s IT Service Desk for all future support.

How do I know who to contact?

Former North West Boroughs colleagues, who have not yet been issued with a Mersey Care device, will have a St Helens and Knowsley (SHK) sticker on the device. This means that you will need to contact the Mid Mersey Digital Alliance for IT support.

Mersey Care devices will have a Mersey Care sticker on the device. This means that you will need to contact NHS Informatics Merseyside for IT support.
