Debt Awareness Week, 24-30 March 2025

We know money and mental health are intertwined. 95% of people in the UK worry about their financial situation and say that it has a negative impact on their wellbeing.

Following on from our cost of living crisis and increasing hardship. Debt is an ever-growing source of worry and stress. 46% of adults in the UK have used consumer credit. If you are worried over finances, it is important to remember that you aren’t on your own and help is here.

Each year, Debt Awareness Week aims to increase awareness of debt, and the advice and solutions available to help.

The Wellbeing team and Citizens Advice will be out and about across sites over the week to share support and information that can help people improve their financial situation and wellbeing. Come and speak to us over the week to find out more.
