This is an opportunity to realise positive benefits for our staff and service users whilst recognising the complex work that is already undertaken.
An oversight group will oversee the work of nine task and finish groups to ensure a seamless transition into the management of Local Division over the next couple of months. All staff in the affected services are aware of the change and have been offered the opportunity to be involved in the development of the future urgent care model. This will be developed from best practise in both divisions, identifying and maximising positive outcomes for our service users.
There will be no change in day to day working, on call reporting arrangements or medical support.
