Shortlisted!

We all know we care for others. But what happens when those teams become stuck in conflict, toxicity or resistance to change? Our story of how to bring such teams back to health, with OE using Mersey Care “Team Canvas” has just been shortlisted for the Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) Excellence in People Awards 2022. Some of the teams in the shortlisted project have seen a 75 percent improvement in their pulse check scores as well as major reductions in sickness. Judges praised entries especially in difficult times and the winners will be revealed in September. Team Canvas is quite new to Mersey Care, but proving a valuable tool.  If you would like more information or support with creating and updating your Team Canvas we have a range of material for you.
