Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust are about to embark on the implementation of an electronic job planning system (Allocate) starting in January 2025.
We will have four phases of implementation and individual teams have been allocated a phase in which this will be introduced in their team. We are currently about to commence Phase 1 which will include all Speech and Language Therapy Teams Trust wide. We have planned each phase to include a specific number of services, and these will increase as we move through the phases.
Allocate will be providing an information launch session on the 6 February 3.30pm to 4.30pm online for those in phase 1 and those who want more information.
Managers and clinicians will be offered training in the online system as part of their phase, which is a full day training and is offered either face to face or online.
