We’ve updated the management referral forms to use ESR numbers instead of NHS numbers as the unique identifier. This change is in response to requests from managers. The NHS number is currently a mandatory field on the referral form, and it will remain so until we can get this removed. However, going forward occupational health will not reject any referrals that still use it.
A reminder to all staff that as we progress implementation of Absence Manager, colleagues who are involved in the pilot will be receiving emails with details of actions they will need to take and links to e-learning materials.
