St Helens Cares Festival will be a week-long ‘festival’ for the St Helens Cares workforce taking place from Monday to Friday during the week of 6 June 2022 and will be preceded by a warmup event focusing on staff health and wellbeing.
During the festival week there will be a range of guest speakers, who are experts in their areas, sharing their thoughts and experiences of leading organisations.
These sessions will be hybrid - a mix of face to face and virtual to enable as many staff as possible to attend.
The festival will culminate in the St Helens Cares Recognition Awards on the evening of Thursday 9 June 2022 at the Mercure St Helens Hotel. The awards will thank and recognise those staff and volunteers who have worked within St Helens Cares and have embodied integration and delivered health and care that has made a difference to the lives of St Helens residents.
As part of the St Helens Cares Festival, they are partnering with local organisation Impact Psychology for Business to begin to develop a set of values-based principles for how we work across St Helens Borough. Once defined these will be able to be used by all the partners and stakeholders who are working together to achieve our vision:
One place, one system, one ambition
Improving people's lives in St Helens together
The link below will take you to a short survey asking you what values are important to you and what principles will be important in how our partners work together in the future.
The survey should take around 5-10 minutes to complete and the survey closes on Sunday 15 May.
Those completing the survey may also like to attend a one hour workshop to further develop these values-based principles on Monday 6 June as part of the Festival programme. Details and booking information is available on the St Helens Cares website.
Results of the survey will be combined with feedback from several other stakeholder events, analysed and themed ready to share on the final day of the Festival - Friday 10 June.
