At Mersey Care we want our people to feel safe, happy and valued at work so that we can all play our part in the delivery of high quality and compassionate patient care.

Three times a year, we run the Culture of Care Barometer to give you regular opportunities to share your experience so that we can work together to improve how it feels to work for Mersey Care.

Colleagues from former North West Boroughs and Southport and Formby, this is the second time you’ll have been invited to complete the survey and it’s really important that you to take 10 minutes to give us feedback on your experience.

This quick and anonymous survey gives you the opportunity to swiftly feedback on your experiences at work, right now. It takes just ten minutes to complete and will help to improve our organisation and your team.

We invite you to take part in the Culture of Care Barometer - you have until 5pm on 31st January 2022 to complete the survey.

To complete the survey on-line here.

Your responses will be combined to produce reports at Trust, Division and Team levels (where there are more than seven responses for anonymity) and will be available to you on the BIT from March 1st 2022. These reports are aimed to help you check-in as a team, highlighting what’s working well and what could be improved.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey and playing your part in improving our culture.

If you have any questions or difficulties completing this survey, you can contact the FREEPHONE survey helpline on 0800 783 1775 (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm). Alternatively, you can email: helpline@quality-health.co.uk
